Bcch Expectations
This isolated candidate preserves twelve monthly Encuesta de Expectativas Económicas (EEE) vintages from January through December 2019. Each vintage has a uniquely named official BCCh workbook, its companion release PDF, the exact HTTP response headers retrieved on 2026-09-11, and SHA-256 lineage. The normalized dataset contains 240 native survey estimates: 85 policy-rate path rows, 73 headline-CPI rows, 46 real-GDP rows, and 36 CLP/USD rows. Every estimate retains the median, decile 1, decile 9, response count, and native horizon label. Deciles are uncertainty summaries and are not converted into event probabilities.

Sources & interpretation
Records retain source-specific units, release clocks and revision information where available. Different vintages, forecasts and observations should not be treated as a continuous comparable series.
The workbook states that results are published on the business day after the response deadline at approximately 08:30. The parser derives the release date by advancing over weekends, retains approximately as the time qualifier, and converts the local clock using America/Santiago. This is not an independently verified Chilean-holiday calendar. The per-file HTTP Last-Modified dates agree with the derived release date for February through December. The January workbook and PDF were modified on 2019-02-12, after the 2019-01-10 release, so all 19 January values are retrieval-gated to 2026-09-11; their historical release date remains metadata only. The remaining 221 records are candidate PIT-eligible based on the unique archive artifact, internal deadline, release rule, and aligned server modification date.
The current www.bcentral.cl archive and 2026 distribution-PDF routes returned an Imperva challenge as HTTP 200 text/html during command-line acquisition. Those responses and headers are retained as acquisition-gap evidence and are excluded from parsing. The accessible legacy EOF archive was retained, but EOF workbooks were not normalized in this slice. Therefore coverage is 2019 EEE only and does not supply the more immediate pre/post-RPM EOF signal.
