This isolated candidate contains 119 completed TPM decisions from 2014-01-16 through 2026-09-08: 28 cuts, 76 holds, and 15 hikes. Every direction and basis-point size is reconciled to the pinned official BCCh daily TPM history; the package references that 7,384-row source by hash and does not duplicate it.

Sources & interpretation
Records retain source-specific units, release clocks and revision information where available. Different vintages, forecasts and observations should not be treated as a continuous comparable series.
The package preserves 17 TLS-verified official responses with body and header hashes. Six directly accessible annual-report/process pages supply 56 verbatim decision paragraphs for 2014-2018 and the recurring 18:00 local release rule. Stable HTML selectors and phrase assertions are frozen in the source contract. The other 11 official routes returned a pinned Imperva challenge and are explicitly excluded as source text. Meeting schedules are represented by 73 observations, including both December 2019 vintages and two future 2026 meetings. The 16 minutes rows are publication schedules only.
Announcement and effective clocks are separate. Scheduled decisions from 2018 use the official 18:00 local release clock, the 2020 emergency decision uses its official noon clock, earlier archive dates use conservative Santiago end-of-day, changed rates use the first changed daily TPM observation, and holds have no fabricated effective event. All rows are retrospective and fail closed for predecision features. This candidate does not attach to canonical model inputs.
