Records retain source-specific units, release clocks and revision information where available. Different vintages, forecasts and observations should not be treated as a continuous comparable series.
- The authority-level ledger contains 74 unique evidence-backed events from 2009-02-27 through 2026-06-29. It includes explicit holds, TIAO changes, marginal-facility actions, reserve actions, extraordinary meetings, and instrument transitions where the official documents disclose them. - The current main archive has three broken communiqué links. Official BEAC fallbacks recover 2018-10-31 and 2018-12-18. The 2017-12-19 title proves a meeting, but its decision contents remain unavailable, so no hold or change is invented. The main archive also omits the acquired 2021-11-25 decision. For these reasons, annual meeting completeness and global BEAC rate-history completeness remain open. - The exact 2026 calendar has four planned dates. The planned 2026-03-30 meeting moved to 2026-04-02; both planned and realized states are preserved. The September and December dates were future at capture. Four June 2026 base-scenario CEMAC forecasts cover 2026-2027 GDP growth and annual-average CPI inflation. - Only the 2018-12-21 effective date is normalized. Other effective dates remain null. Votes, dissents, minutes, complete historical calendars, exact release times, and redistribution rights remain explicit gaps.
Every policy event is stored once at monetary_authority:BEAC. Cameroon, Central African Republic, Republic of the Congo, Gabon, Equatorial Guinea, and Chad appear only in a mapping table with zero decision-replication weight. Training and scoring use BEAC_CEMAC as one unit.
