This is an isolated, non-canonical ledger of official Bank Negara Malaysia Monetary Policy Statements. It links communications to the existing BNM outcome denominator without copying policy rates, direction labels, change sizes, or raw decision labels into the communications rows.

Records retain source-specific units, release clocks and revision information where available. Different vintages, forecasts and observations should not be treated as a continuous comparable series.
The outcome denominator contains 141 BNM decisions from 2004-05-26 through 2026-09-03. The requested 2010-2026 window contains 101 outcomes, and all 101 have an official statement capture. The 40 earlier outcomes are retained as explicit outside_requested_window_not_acquired rows; they are not silently dropped and carry no fabricated document metadata.
Every in-window statement preserves the exact four-digit local not-before clock printed by BNM and normalizes it to an offset timestamp in Asia/Kuala_Lumpur. The source includes the unusual 1503 value for 8 May 2025; the ledger preserves it exactly as 2025-05-08T15:03:00+08:00 without correction.
