Records retain source-specific units, release clocks and revision information where available. Different vintages, forecasts and observations should not be treated as a continuous comparable series.

- The official machine-readable MPC voting workbook contains 314 unique announcement decisions from 1997-06-06 through 2026-07-30: 244 holds, 34 hikes, 35 cuts, and one initial observation. - The workbook supplies 2788 named member votes. Preferred-rate values are retained when numeric; 23 early workbook cells state only Increase or Decrease, so their direction is retained without inventing a rate size. - 70 workbook change observations exactly match the independent official Bank Rate change-history page, with zero date or value conflicts. - The separate asset-purchase sheets contribute 182 programme decisions or regime transitions. A combined March 2020 statement repeated in two sheets is retained once. February 2022 runoff transitions remain separate for government and corporate bonds.

- Eight confirmed 2026 announcement dates and eight provisional 2027 dates are preserved from date-stamped official calendar releases. Each scheduled release carries the explicit noon Europe/London time and an MPR indicator. - Historical workbook dates are official announcement dates. They use conservative London date-end because the current noon convention does not prove every historical intraday clock. Release hyperlinks are present for 186 decisions from 2008 onward. - Meeting start/end dates before the modern summary-and-minutes format, future dates after 2027, and redistribution rights remain explicit gaps.
