Bsp External Forecasters

This package is an isolated point-in-time candidate and does not feed canonical model inputs. Direct downloads from Bank Indonesia were attempted first, as requested. The BI origin reset both the release-page and PDF byte requests before payloads or response headers were received, including a retry with a standard browser user agent. The exact attempt evidence and limitation are preserved in bank_indonesia_access_gap.json. The task-authorized fallback to the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas (BSP) was then used.

Sources & interpretation

Records retain source-specific units, release clocks and revision information where available. Different vintages, forecasts and observations should not be treated as a continuous comparable series.

The deterministic receipt SHA-256 is 655618cad4fa80207a2b78e600f8a24738af02794e2a532ded47263b9908eebf.

The package pins 20 official BSP assets and their 20 exact HTTP response-header files, for 40 raw files total. Retrieval ran from 2026-09-10T23:43:51Z through 2026-09-10T23:45:46Z. Every asset has an official URL, byte count, content type, retrieval clock, HTTP Last-Modified value when provided, and SHA-256. PDFs also carry document metadata, page counts, and hashes of their exact pdftotext -layout output. Workbooks carry sheet names, dimensions, core creation/modification clocks, and hashes of key internal OOXML parts.
