Cbrt Inflation Report
This isolated point-in-time candidate preserves 19 official CBRT Inflation Report releases from 2022-I through 2026-III: release/archive HTML, response headers, exact PDF bytes, deterministic text derivatives, official publication RSS evidence, URLs and hashes. It normalizes 138 CPI forecast observations: staff forecast midpoints or central paths, 70% forecast-range bounds, and separately labelled interim targets.
Derived numerical research records with source attribution. Raw source documents are not republished.

Sources & interpretation
Records retain source-specific units, release clocks and revision information where available. Different vintages, forecasts and observations should not be treated as a continuous comparable series.
The 2025-III communication regime is preserved. Interim targets are not substituted for staff forecast midpoints. The 2026-II report explicitly suspended forecast-range communication, so that vintage contains only its stated central forecast path and interim targets. The 2026-III English release exposes an overview rather than a full report and is flagged. The 2022-II full projection sentence/chart midpoint of 8.3% for 2024 is retained and flagged because its overview narrative also states 8.2%.
Official publication RSS supplies exact release clocks for 12 vintages. The other 7 vintages use the end of the official release date in Europe/Istanbul and have null published_at. A numeric CBRT policy-rate path is not published in these reports; qualitative tight-policy assumptions were not converted into numeric forecasts.
