Sources & interpretation

Records retain source-specific units, release clocks and revision information where available. Different vintages, forecasts and observations should not be treated as a continuous comparable series.

All 86 changed repo-rate decisions reconcile exactly to the official effective-date history. The package preserves 322 TLS-verified official CNB captures with raw bodies, response headers and SHA-256 hashes. The three meetings after the capture date are calendar-only. Retrospective outcomes use conservative Prague day-end availability, named votes remain retrieval-gated, and this candidate stays detached from canonical model inputs.

- the current archive is a retrospective capture; historical advance calendar vintages are not recovered - historical decision release clocks are conservatively set to Prague day-end instead of backcasting the current 14:30 rule - the official voting workbook contains eleven date-label conflicts; archive dates are used after within-year ordinal alignment - named vote records are retrieval-gated and excluded from pre-decision features because original workbook publication vintages are unavailable - the archive has one 1999 page with a displayed 1970 date and unpublished label; its date is recovered from the official URL timestamp and the voting workbook
