The package preserves 322 TLS-verified official CNB captures with raw bodies, response headers and SHA-256 hashes. The three meetings after the capture date are calendar-only. Retrospective outcomes use conservative Prague day-end availability, named votes remain retrieval-gated, and this candidate stays detached from canonical model inputs.
