Sources & interpretation

Records retain source-specific units, release clocks and revision information where available. Different vintages, forecasts and observations should not be treated as a continuous comparable series.

- 378 official ECB sources: 328 decision-release pages, 29 annual decision archive fragments, 12 accounts archive fragments, and 9 index, calendar, or governance sources. - 319 scalar decisions from 1999-03-04 through 2026-09-10: 256 holds, 33 cuts, and 30 hikes. - 957 instrument observations across MRO, marginal lending facility, and deposit facility rates. All 180 changed instrument observations have an explicit effective date; no intraday effective clock is inferred. - 9 non-scalar archive pages isolated from the rate path. - 42 calendar observations for 24 stable event dates. Eighteen events retain both their advance-release vintage and the current-calendar snapshot. - 96 official account-publication metadata rows from 2015-02-19 through 2026-08-27. Individual account bodies were not captured.

Historical decision availability is the official publication date at 23:59:59 Europe/Berlin because exact intraday clocks are not proven for every release. The decision text and advance-calendar pages were captured retrospectively, so they are excluded from pre-decision text and historical schedule features; the current calendar snapshot is eligible only from its retrieval clock. Both future-mutation replay proofs pass, and retry materialization appends zero duplicate record IDs.
