Mas Singapore Policy

This isolated package materializes 609 strict PIT records from 68 hash-pinned official-source captures. It preserves Singapore's native S$NEER policy-band regime and does not create a scalar interest-rate target or modify canonical forecasts.

Sources & interpretation

Records retain source-specific units, release clocks and revision information where available. Different vintages, forecasts and observations should not be treated as a continuous comparable series.

- The official archive contains 62 monetary-policy statements from 2001-02-22 through 2026-07-27. All 62 linked official statement pages were captured and reconciled. - The ledger contains 31 explicit holds, 16 tightenings, 13 easings, one width-only recalibration, one initial statement, and 4 archive-marked off-cycle decisions. - Each statement yields explicit slope, width, and center action enums; absolute numeric parameters remain unknown unless MAS explicitly published a zero slope. This produces 182 unknown parameter records and 4 numeric zero-slope records. - Seven recent statements contribute 35 official GDP and inflation forecast points or bounds and seven qualitative S$NEER band-location observations. No numeric S$NEER level is inferred. - Historical statement dates and off-cycle markers produce 124 calendar records. The archive describes quarterly review months from 2024 but does not provide exact future meeting dates.

Historical statement dates are official, but release times are not present. The package therefore uses Singapore date-end as a conservative availability clock. The current archive's cadence descriptions are retrieval-gated. Separate effective timestamps are unavailable and are not invented.
