This isolated official-source candidate contains 264 central-bank base-rate decisions from 2004-12-20 through 2026-08-25: 75 cuts, 158 explicit holds, and 31 hikes. Holds require explicit official decision text; no daily rate plateau is promoted to a hold.

Sources & interpretation
Records retain source-specific units, release clocks and revision information where available. Different vintages, forecasts and observations should not be treated as a continuous comparable series.
The package also contains 2264 named member votes, 18 pre-October-2005 aggregate vote tallies, 157 official effective-date rate levels, 72 policy-calendar observations, and 256 valid minutes archive links. Twelve raw minutes PDFs were captured to resolve quarterly Inflation Report releases that omitted or contradicted the adopted rate decision. Their decision records become available only at conservative Budapest day-end on the official minutes publication date.
All 106 movement decisions reconcile to the official effective-date rate history. Two source conflicts are retained: the voting workbook's 21 February 2005 change and its February 2024 meeting date are resolved using dated decision releases and the effective-rate history under the workbook's own discrepancy rule.
