Sources & interpretation
Records retain source-specific units, release clocks and revision information where available. Different vintages, forecasts and observations should not be treated as a continuous comparable series.
- 226 policy decisions from 22 January 2009 through 7 May 2026: 49 cuts, 146 holds, 31 hikes. The NBS-stated 12 noon Belgrade event clock is retained as published_at, while available_at is conservatively gated to retrieval because the appendix is a current consolidated file rather than 226 preserved historical releases. - 1,675 inflation-expectation medians for financial-sector, corporate, household and trade-union respondents at 12-, 24- and 36-month horizons, covering January 2009 through July 2026 where reported. Because the XLS is a mutable consolidated history rather than retained release vintages, every survey row is gated to the 11 September 2026 retrieval clock. - 16 central NBS forecast points: eight quarterly headline-inflation values and eight quarterly real-GDP-growth values for 2026Q2 through 2028Q1. - 18 conditioning assumptions for euro-area GDP and inflation, 3M EURIBOR, agricultural commodities, Brent oil and administered prices for 2026-2028. These remain assumptions, not NBS policy commitments. - 531 report-snapshot rows for M2 growth, lending growth, wage growth, formal employment, registered unemployment, survey unemployment and historical RSD/EUR and RSD/USD rates. These are current workbook histories, not forecasts or original point-in-time vintages.
Every accepted source has paired HTTP headers, the official URL and a SHA-256 hash. Legacy XLS files also have derived XLSX copies for deterministic parsing, bound to the original raw hash. The NBS workbook rights notice permits data download/use while disclaiming authenticity or completeness warranties; the notice is retained in the source manifest.
