This isolated candidate retains 10 official Monetary Policy Report vintages from MPR 1/2024 through MPR 2/2026 and normalizes 148 quarterly policy-rate-path values. Each vintage begins in its publication quarter and extends through its workbook's published forecast horizon. It is excluded from canonical model inputs and forecasts.

Sources & interpretation
Records retain source-specific units, release clocks and revision information where available. Different vintages, forecasts and observations should not be treated as a continuous comparable series.
The official publication pages provide minute-level Oslo release clocks. Exact page HTML, response headers, XLSX bytes, source URLs, byte counts, SHA-256 hashes, and workbook Last-Modified clocks are preserved. Availability is the later of the publication clock and the evidence clock for the exact currently served workbook bytes.
Four vintages are conservatively gated after their report release: MPR 3/2024 at its 10:41:09 Oslo file modification, MPR 1/2025 at the page-disclosed 12:05 correction, MPR 3/2025 at its much later 13 November 2025 file modification, and MPR 4/2025 at its 10:34:57 file modification. The MPR 4/2024 standardised aid workbook published in March 2025 is excluded; this package uses its original December 2024 chart workbook.
