Sources & interpretation

Records retain source-specific units, release clocks and revision information where available. Different vintages, forecasts and observations should not be treated as a continuous comparable series.

- Decisions: 220 (34 cuts, 142 holds, 44 hikes), 1999-01-27 through 2026-08-13. - Release clocks: 208 decision rows have release-specific exact clocks. The remaining rows use conservative Oslo end-of-day availability. - Calendar: 220 realized events plus 11 current scheduled events from 2026-09-24 through 2027-12-16. - Unscheduled decisions: 2 releases explicitly say the meeting was extraordinary (13 and 20 March 2020). - Votes: 26 releases directly disclose policy-rate unanimity. Missing individual votes and counts remain null. - Regimes: 4 records preserve the D-loan-to-sight-deposit transition, the 2007 corridor change, and the 2011 quota/reserve-rate system. - Evidence: 362 official assets, 13,947,587 source-body bytes, plus one preserved zero-row legacy calendar route.

Release-specific publication clocks control historical decisions. Exact times are never invented: when migrated or date-only metadata does not prove an intraday clock, availability is Oslo end of day. The official daily rate series proves each hike/cut effective date. Holds have no new effective clock because the existing rate continues.
