Records retain source-specific units, release clocks and revision information where available. Different vintages, forecasts and observations should not be treated as a continuous comparable series.
The package preserves 93 TLS-verified official PBOC captures with response headers and SHA-256 hashes. The PBOC's stated 09:00 Shanghai publication clock is applied to each release. Realized release dates are retained as retrospective calendar evidence and are explicitly distinguished from advance calendar vintages. This candidate remains detached from canonical model inputs.
