- 933,833 normalized official aggregate and locally derived panel-distribution rows across 232 survey rounds and 68 variables. - The official release ledger provides 146 exact release dates from 1990Q2 through 2026Q3; 1990Q2 was not conducted in real time. Earlier release dates are explicitly unavailable. - Raw anonymized individual forecasts are hash-pinned. Derived count, mean, standard deviation, p10/p25/median/p75/p90, minimum, maximum and skewness are computed within each survey round and cell. Panelist IDs are never treated as stable people across time. - The current consolidated files incorporate later errata. Each survey release date is retained as publication metadata, but every value is availability-gated at the 2026-09-11 archive retrieval until original-release and correction vintages are reconstructed. - Probability-bin definitions change across survey regimes; the raw bin column is preserved and no incompatible bins are pooled. Level-scale and definition breaks remain flagged. - The package is isolated from canonical model inputs. No backtest or accuracy score changed.
