Sources & interpretation

Records retain source-specific units, release clocks and revision information where available. Different vintages, forecasts and observations should not be treated as a continuous comparable series.

- 458 verified-TLS official RBA captures: 1 cash-rate decision table, 1 current board schedule, 244 decision statements, and 212 meeting-minutes pages. - 198 explicit decisions from 2008-02-05 through 2026-08-11: 146 holds, 27 cuts, and 25 hikes. - Announcement timestamps are the RBA's stated 2:30 pm Sydney release time. All 198 effective dates come from the official table and remain separate; no intraday effective clock is inferred. - 197 scheduled decisions and 1 special meeting, identified from the official meeting minutes. - 10 statements disclose voting status: 7 unanimous and 3 majority decisions. Exact majority tallies are retained; unanimous member counts and member names are not invented. - 198 minutes-publication records and 16 current-schedule records covering 2026 and 2027. - All 165 decisions overlapping the separate official daily cash-rate history match exactly. Those daily rows are referenced and not duplicated.

Decision outcomes become available at the official 2:30 pm release clock. Historical statement and minutes bytes were retrieved later, so text is excluded from pre-decision features. The current schedule snapshot becomes available only at retrieval. Both future-mutation proofs pass, normalized output is byte-stable on exact retry, and all source bodies and headers are SHA-256 bound.
