Rbnz Policy Projection
This isolated package materializes 634 point-in-time records. The official RBNZ archive contributes 213 OCR decisions from 17 March 1999 through 2 September 2026, including 135 holds, 42 hikes, 35 cuts, and the initial 4.5 percent OCR introduction. Consecutive official levels produce 212 decision sizes; no event or hold is invented. The statutory Monetary Policy Committee regime begins on 1 April 2019, while earlier rows remain labelled as the Governor OCR regime.

Sources & interpretation
Records retain source-specific units, release clocks and revision information where available. Different vintages, forecasts and observations should not be treated as a continuous comparable series.
The current RBNZ release rule proves a 2pm Auckland release for monetary-policy announcements. It is applied only to the five 2026 decisions. The 208 older events have an official decision date but no proven historical intraday clock in this capture, so they become available conservatively at 23:59:59 Auckland time. This does not claim that the policy became effective at that time.
The February, May, and September 2026 Monetary Policy Statement workbook renderings contribute 195 staff projections: 13 quarterly values per vintage for the OCR path, headline CPI, production GDP growth, unemployment, and private-sector LCI wage inflation. Exact 2pm release clocks are preserved. Forecast-finalization dates are not treated as public availability. Previous-MPS comparison columns and historical actuals shown in the charts are excluded. Strict TWI, export/import-price, and oil assumptions are not normalized because the proxy rendering does not preserve enough table structure to identify those columns safely.
