Riksbank Policy Decisions
This isolated package normalizes official Sveriges Riksbank policy decisions, explicit holds, member votes, effective-rate observations, meeting-date reconciliation, and the 2022 repo-rate-to-policy-rate name transition. It does not feed canonical model inputs. Forecast rows remain owned by riksbank_forecasts_v8; this package emits none of its policy-rate, CPI, CPIF, GDP, or unemployment forecasts.

Records retain source-specific units, release clocks and revision information where available. Different vintages, forecasts and observations should not be treated as a continuous comparable series.
- 198 completed decisions from 4 January 1999 through 19 August 2026. - 36 cuts, 126 explicit holds, and 36 hikes. - Member-level preferred changes plus official support, dissent, proposal, path-reservation, and chair-deciding-vote fields when present in the official voting workbook. - 130 official effective-rate observations from 26 January 2006 through 26 August 2026. All 129 decisions in that span receive their nearest first official effective observation; the additional 18 March 2020 observation is preserved separately rather than inferred to be a new policy decision. - 201 meeting-calendar rows: 198 reconciled completed meetings and three future meetings (23 September, 3 November, and 15 December 2026) corroborated by the current official calendar page. - One instrument transition on 8 June 2022. The official notice describes a name change with the same function and purpose and notes that repos had not been used since 2008, so stance_change is false.
