- 153 comparable MPC decisions from 2001-09-20 through 2026-07-23: 32 cuts, 89 holds, and 32 hikes. - 64 decisions have a separately retained effective date: 63 parsed from the statement and 1 supplied by SARB's official current-database change-event series. - 64 decisions use the official 15:00 Johannesburg webcast clock and 89 use conservative local date-end clocks. - 69 decisions disclose a unanimous or split preference; 102 aggregate preference rows are retained. - 66 current-snapshot calendar events cover 2016-2026, including 2 future events. One April 2020 emergency and one September 2003 extra meeting are explicit.

The acquisition manifest preserves 258 official HTTP 200 responses: one publication index, 174 tagged publication pages, 81 linked decision PDFs with deterministic text extracts, and two context pages. Every response body, header block, and PDF text extract is content-addressed and verified before parsing.
