Sources & interpretation
Records retain source-specific units, release clocks and revision information where available. Different vintages, forecasts and observations should not be treated as a continuous comparable series.
The immutable candidate PIT store contains 121 rows: 31 macro releases, 45 policy target observations and 45 FOMC statement texts. The calendar store contains 8 annual schedule snapshots covering 2019–2026 and 64 meeting rows. The decision ledger contains 45 explicit statement-backed decisions from January 2021 through July 2026: 6 cuts, 28 holds and 11 hikes. It preserves target-range bounds and midpoints.
Macro coverage is sparse rather than a continuous backfill. CPI and unemployment each contain three isolated 2021-release samples plus eight monthly 2026 releases; PPI contains nine monthly releases from the November 2025 through July 2026 reference periods. Core CPI and wages have no qualifying local rows.
