Records retain source-specific units, release clocks and revision information where available. Different vintages, forecasts and observations should not be treated as a continuous comparable series.
Each row is an official World Bank real-GDP-growth forecast for the vintage year or a later year. The parser ignores historical estimates and comparison columns. January 2018 is quarantined because the archived PDF's text encoding is not recoverable with the deterministic text extractor. No values are inferred. The ZIP archives and every extracted PDF/text pair are hash-pinned. Conservative edition-end clocks are only proxies, and the retrospective archive can reflect corrections. Strict historical backtesting therefore remains disabled pending exact release-clock and correction review.
